Let's welcome Literary Lady, Dr. Patricia Daly-Lipe. Award-winning author of “La Jolla, A Celebration of Its Past” (a history lesson and photo album of this gem of a town in Southern California’s San Diego County)

She has authored ten other titles now available at WaterBearer Press, and is a past President of the National League of American Pen Women-La Jolla Branch, and later became President of the Washington, DC Branch.
